I bought my Aventon off a friend last year. Since then I’ve been working hard to make fixes such as broken brakes, broken led screen, new chains and tires, and now fender. I placed my order of parts for the first time as this being my very first time owning my own e-bike. I always shop through manufacture cause I don’t want to rely on cheap third party product for my long term investment. I usually read the reviews but I failed to do so this time. Come to find out that the stays for the fender were not included and I thought they were for common sense. But it’s also not mentioned on the item so that’s common sense too 😅 I can’t buy the fenders through local spots cause they have to order it too. And now I am stuck riding without a fender cause I have to search high and low for anyone that may have the stats for this size of fender 🥺 I have the adventure 2 model, and since its not in production anymore, not a lot of the pieces are in stock or compatible. I also am not literate to cycle terms for these parts yet. I spend 2 hours every time I’m on the site trying to understand what I’m seeing and on YouTube trying to find product reviews and demonstrations of installations for the exact pieces. I’m a person on visual learner.

I received a bike with a damaged fender so I purchased this fender to replace it. I opened the box to install it, i had the fender but no stays for the back. Does this not include them?

This fender is fine except it didn’t come with the stays needed to attach it to the bike. It was sent to me because the original bike ordered was supposed to come with a front fender but it was missing. Quality seems good except missing attachment parts.
