Update from One Star rating to Five Star… my initial review of the product is validly a One Star but Customer Service at Aventon is totally Five Star. After seeing my concern about the lock, Aventon staff immediately credited my account without question! They even followed up a short time later to make sure the credit went through. Still love our Aventon bikes!

Unfortunately, this is a very cheap and defective product. It initially opens on the 000 default setting but the spinning numbers are not firm enough and when you reset it, you get locked out.

Great for helmet and quick lock and go where no bike racks are avaiable

I am using this to lock my helmet. Takes two seconds and helmet is secure! Bringing me joy!! Thanks.

It's winter time now. I plan to use the zip lock to secure the spare battery to the rear rack.

I ordered this zip lock and it arrived with it locked with nothing to indicate the code to unlock it nor are there any instructions that are helpful changing the code. Essentially a waste of $20. Contact customer service, and the response was less than helpful. If anyone can tell me how to reset the code or the code it was originally given that would be great. I am disappointed as I have had such good customer service with the actual bike purchase.
