I can’t figure out how to attach it to my Aventon Aventure. Help me please!

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out! For a wheel reflector, slide the grooved plastic clip between two adjacent spokes on your wheel, then twist the center locking pin 90 degrees using a flathead screwdriver or coin to clamp it tight. Absolutely perfect except...

My wife and I absolutely love our two newly purchased Aventon Rec Level 5 e-bikes. They are our first entry into this form of biking and we couldnt be happier. Evetrything fits and is finished perfectly, erxcept the installed Aventon bike rack has no standard rear reflecter mounting bracket. How can a flawlessly designed and built model with such a wide user pool not have this? Immust be missing something? Tell me that there is a rear light available for the bike rack...

Missing Wheel Reflector Missing...

Hey first off I have a few questions...
1: Will there ever be a battery firmware to make my Aventure3 go beyond 65 miles...
2: I need a decent one bike rack for my hefty Aventure3.
3: I got a fast awesome response from Marc in support...
4: Finally, I was able to get the paint matching codes as I need to touch up a few scraps on my Matcha colored #Aventure3 I bought last year July (2025) as a birthday gift to myself.

Thank you for your feedback and for reaching out to us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the missing wheel reflector. Our team is currently working on a solution for this issue. As for your questions, we do not have anything in the works for a battery firmware update at the moment, but we will definitely keep your suggestion in mind. For a bike rack, we currently only offer double racks, so a 3rd party rack may be the best option. We are glad to hear you had a positive experience with our support team.
