The Extension has a 90 degree rotation for easy access to your vehicle without unloading the rack. Terrific item!

I’m pleased with the swing arm. I had considered purchasing several different brands, but this one offered the same price point and had a higher weight rating. The unit is sturdy and securely attaches. The anti-wobble device also functions effectively.

Question on rack

Will this swing rack sustain the weight of to ebikes without wobbling. I have a kuat ion rack thats heavy duty currently. Just wondering how they compare

The swing arm is designed to hold up to two bikes when used in conjunction with our Aventon Hitch Rack. Because we have only tested this component with our own rack setup, we cannot confirm or guarantee its compatibility or weight capacity with third-party bike racks.

We wish we could provide a more concrete answer for your specific setup, but without full testing across every rack manufacturer and model, we are unable to confirm fitment and limits.

Install issue

I have a Curt 2” hitch and the swing away arm is very difficult to slide into the receiver. The paint coating is the issue, I would hate to have to take my lap sander to it. Any suggestions?
